1. About the Programme

Back to School, Back to Normal is a digital, parent-led educational programme for families navigating school refusal, anxiety, avoidance and fragile attendance. It is delivered as digital documents and resources, including a course manual, parent workbook, start-here guide and a printable asset library.

2. Important disclaimer — please read

The Programme is educational and informational only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for it. It does not create a clinical or therapeutic relationship.

We do not diagnose, treat or guarantee any particular outcome. Every child and family is different, and results depend on many factors outside our control. If you have concerns about your child’s mental or physical health, please consult a qualified professional such as your GP, a clinical psychologist, or your child’s school or local authority support services. If anyone is at immediate risk of harm, contact your local emergency services.

3. Price and payment

The Programme is a one-time payment. The price is the amount shown at checkout at the time of your purchase, and includes everything listed on the sales page at that time. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe.

4. Delivery and access

After successful payment you receive instant digital access to the Programme and its included materials. Access is provided for your personal use and is yours to keep, subject to these terms. It is your responsibility to download and save your materials.

5. Your right to cancel, and refunds

Because the Programme is digital content supplied immediately on purchase, the following applies under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

• You normally have a 14-day cancellation right for digital content.

• However, you lose that right once download or access begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

• By purchasing and/or accessing the Programme, you give that consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Licence and intellectual property

All Programme content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the materials for your own family. You must not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publish or sublicense the materials, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site and Programme lawfully and not to misuse, attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt the Site or its content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Programme as a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applied at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
