Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Back to School, Back to Normal (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit backtoschoolbacktonormal.com (the “Site”) or purchase our programme. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

Back to School, Back to Normal

71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ

1. The data we collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

• Information you give us directly — when you complete the contact form, request a call back, sign up for a free resource, or buy the programme. This includes your first name, last name and email address, and any information you choose to include in a message to us.

• Purchase information — when you buy, our checkout collects the details needed to process your order. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored by us.

• Technical and usage information — collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with the Site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The Site and programme are intended for parents and carers aged 18 or over. Please do not submit a child’s personal data through our forms.

2. How and why we use your data (lawful bases)

We use your data for the following purposes, relying on these lawful bases under UK GDPR:

• To deliver the programme and provide your purchased products — performance of a contract.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide support — legitimate interests / contract.

• To send you marketing emails, where you have signed up — consent.

• To set non-essential cookies and measure advertising and analytics — consent.

• To secure the Site, prevent fraud, and keep records — legitimate interests / legal obligation.

You can withdraw consent at any time — for marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us; for cookies, use your browser settings or our cookie controls.

3. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, including:

• Stripe — to process payments securely.

• Meta (Facebook) — to measure and improve our advertising via the Meta Pixel.

• Google — Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used, and Google Ads, to measure and improve our advertising.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) to protect your data. In particular, our advertising and analytics providers (Meta and Google) may transfer data to the United States.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — for example, for the life of your access to the programme, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to manage marketing preferences until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at contact@backtoschoolbacktonormal.com.

You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, though we would welcome the chance to resolve it with you first.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and use reputable providers who do the same.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.

9. Contact
